S. Lee Public Accounting Corporation (“SLEEPAC”) manages all data collected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of the Republic of Singapore.  

By providing your personal data to SLEEPAC, either through our website or otherwise, you agree and consent to SLEEPAC and/or our authorised representatives to collect, use, or disclose your personal data for the purposes of:

i. providing a range of services offered by SLEEPAC and/or its partners;
ii application and management of employment matters within SLEEPAC; or
iii such other purpose as intended by or established between you and SLEEPAC.

Our site uses cookies, which are small text files of data readable only by us, for the purposes of improving your browsing experience, and does not in any way access, read, or modify any other data on the electronic device used to access our website. Cookies can be disabled by changing the settings on your browser, though, this may negatively affect how the website may be loaded and/or displayed on your screen.  

You may apply for a copy of your personal data held by SLEEPAC or request for your personal data to be updated or corrected by contacting our Data Protection Officer. A non-refundable administration fee may be charged for your application to obtain a copy of your personal data held by us. This fee will not be refunded even in the event that the application is subsequently rejected.

Any personal data supplied by you will be retained by SLEEPAC for as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated above or as required to satisfy any regulatory requirements. We will cease to retain your personal data once it is no longer required for legal or business purposes.
